Cauliflower Cream Soup with Mushroom Recipe

We share with you this easy to make and delicious recipe, ideal for a healthy dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/2 Cooked cauliflower
  • 1 Cup mushroom
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 Piece celery
  • 1/8 Yellow onion
  • Salt to taste

Optional ingredients:

  • 1 Pinch dill
  • 1/2 Piece serrano pepper
  • 2 Tbspn. Tamari sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix all the ingredients on a blender with just 1/2 cup of mushroom.
  • You can roast the remaining 1/2 cup of mushroom with finely sliced garlic and onion, and salt to taste. Once ready, add 1 tablespoon of linseed or olive oil.
  • Serve the cream soup in a bowl and then add the garlic marinated mushrooms on top.
  • We recommend you to serve the cream-soup without heating it because the cauliflower is already cooked and hot, the rest ingredients are raw-fresh. If you need to heat it, do it slightly without boiling it, and then serve it in a bowl adding the mushrooms on top.
  • Excellent option for dinner.
