If you’re Not 100% Satisfied With Your Purchase, Get a Full Refund!

Return any item shipped by Life Infused Supplements for a refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. If you are not 100% satisfied with a  Life Infused Supplements product, we will give you a full refund.  


  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • No more than one return per product per customer account.
Refunds are provided only for the price of the product on the original order and do not include shipping charges or coupons/discounts used at the time of purchase.  

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Life Infused Supplements is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. When returning products to Life Infused Supplements, we recommend that you insure the return package and obtain a tracking number.  

I want to return a product where should I send them?

Please contact customer service to get an RMA (Return authorization number) number before sending back any products. Any products returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. To return an item, contact us at help@mylifeinfused.com In order to assist you, we will need your name, order number and the item number of the product you’d like to return. Please do not return items to our corporate address. Any items returned to our corporate office will not be refunded. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives at your shipping location damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. Contest winnings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.  


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  


You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. To return an item: All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please call us at (855) 809-3937 or email us at help@mylifeinfused.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, your name, and your telephone number. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and a return address.
