Learn how to make Mexican tostadas, a nutritious, tasty meal, and very easy to make.
- Blue corn tortillas tosted on the grill (avoid Deep fried tostadas)
- Beans spread
- Portobello or any mushroom (chopped and marinated with salt or tamari sauce and half a lime)
- Grilled onion slices
- Mix of lettuces dressed with veganAise (vegan mayo) dijon mustard, lime and salt.
- Avocado, chopped
Beans spread: Put the cooked sprouted beans in a bowl and groud it, add chopped onion, 3 chopped pieces of chile de arbol, ½ of a chile colorado chopped, and ½ dry chipotle chipped. Mix everything together.
INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES:
Put your tosted tortilla in a plate and spread the beans on it. On top of that add the mushrooms, mix.
Note: The beans should always soak in water the whole night (8-12 hrs.) before cooking to eliminate the enzymes that cause inflammation. All beans have theses enzimes naturally.
