Learn how to make Mexican tostadas, a nutritious, tasty meal, and very easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Blue corn tortillas tosted on the grill (avoid Deep fried tostadas)
  • Beans spread
  • Portobello or any mushroom (chopped and marinated with salt or tamari sauce and half a lime)
  • Grilled onion slices
  • Mix of lettuces dressed with veganAise (vegan mayo) dijon mustard, lime and salt.
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Lime

Beans spread: Put the cooked sprouted beans in a bowl and groud it, add chopped onion, 3 chopped pieces of chile de arbol, ½ of a chile colorado chopped, and ½ dry chipotle chipped. Mix everything together.

INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES:

  1. Put your tosted tortilla in a plate and spread the beans on it. On top of that add the mushrooms, mix.
