INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooked and sprouted lentils
  • Sautéed mushrooms with garlic
  • Roasted Cambray onion with salt and mustard
  • Fresh onion squares
  • Finely chopped celery
  • Minced coriander
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Squares of orange or red pepper
  • Tostadas @alemendro (optional)
  • Charbroiled pepper sauce (recipe below)

INSTRUCTIONS

Instructions for the sauce: Mix in a blender this ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of lentil broth
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 dried chipotles
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of dill (optional)

 

  • Once ready, add it to the lentil broth.
