INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of brussel sprouts
  • ¼ of chopped onion
  • ¼ cup of red pepper chopped in squares.
  • 3 tbsp of tamari sauce
  • ¼ cup of tereyaki sauce
  • Pinch of cayanne pepper
  • Pinch salt

INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES:

Boil in water the Brussel sprouts for about 5 min, when they are ready (not totally cooked) put them in a pan with all the other ingredients and let it cook on slow fire for 15 min.

Note: you can use cauliflower, brocoli, sparragus instear of brussel sprouts.
