We share with you this delicious recipe from our health coach Alida vegan. Tomato cream soup with avocado, it is a perfect food combining! From botanical classification tomatoes and avocados are fruits.
For this vegan recipe, you don’t need dairy products, because in this case, avocado replaces heavy cream.
INGREDIENTS
2 Servings
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1/2 small avocado
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of dill
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
INDICATIONS:
- Mix all the ingredients, without adding water, in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- You can lightly heat the cream. – To serve, pour soup into shallow bowls and then you can add caramelized onion on top to garnish, it also gives it a good flavor.
