INGREDIENTS

2 Servings

  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste

INDICATIONS:

  • Mix all the ingredients, without adding water, in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  • You can lightly heat the cream. – To serve, pour soup into shallow bowls and then you can add caramelized onion on top to garnish, it also gives it a good flavor.
