Lentil Soup With Chipotle And Cayenne Pepper Sauce Recipe


Learn how to make the best lentil soup. It is healthy, vegan, delicious, and so easy to make. All you need is a few basic ingredients and a few minutes 😍


  • Cooked and sprouted lentils
  • Sautéed mushrooms with garlic
  • Roasted Cambray onion with salt and mustard
  • Fresh onion squares
  • Finely chopped celery
  • Minced coriander
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Squares of orange or red pepper
  • Tostadas @alemendro (optional)
  • Charbroiled pepper sauce (recipe below)


Instructions for the sauce: Mix in a blender this ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of lentil broth
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 dried chipotles
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pinch of dill (optional)


  • Once ready, add it to the lentil broth.
