2 Tbsp. Grapeseed oil
3 Tbsp. Hemp seeds
1/4 cup of water
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. Avocado (optional)
Notes and Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. You can add garlic and onion, but honestly, you don’t need to add anything else!
