Homemade Egg and Dairy-Free Eggnog Recipe


We share with you this super delicious and dairy-free recipe from our Health Coach @alidavegan, ideal for this Christmas Season.


  • 1 Cup sprouted almonds
  • 1 1/2 Cups coconut or natural water
  • 1 Cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ground cloves
  • 1/2 Tsp. Ground or crushed cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 Cup Brandy (optional)
  • 2 Pitted dates
  • 2 Packages of Stevia
  • 1 serving of Monk Fruit
  • 1 tablespoon of Maple Honey (Optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Notes and Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve with ice or with cinnamon tea to turn it into a warm punch
  • You can increase or decrease the amount of sweetener to your liking
  • If you want to share it with children, you can remove the brandy
  • This recipe lasts about 3 days in the refrigerator
  • To sprout the almonds simply leave them soaked in filtered water for 8 to 12 hours the night before. The next morning, drain the water and rinse them. They will be ready for the recipe.
