We share with you this super delicious and dairy-free recipe from our Health Coach @alidavegan, ideal for this Christmas Season.
Ingredients:
1 Cup sprouted almonds
1 1/2 Cups coconut or natural water
1 Cup ice cubes
1/4 Tsp. Ground cloves
1/2 Tsp. Ground or crushed cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Ground nutmeg
1/3 Cup Brandy (optional)
2 Pitted dates
2 Packages of Stevia
1 serving of Monk Fruit
1 tablespoon of Maple Honey (Optional)
1 pinch of salt
Notes and Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve with ice or with cinnamon tea to turn it into a warm punch
You can increase or decrease the amount of sweetener to your liking
If you want to share it with children, you can remove the brandy
This recipe lasts about 3 days in the refrigerator
To sprout the almonds simply leave them soaked in filtered water for 8 to 12 hours the night before. The next morning, drain the water and rinse them. They will be ready for the recipe.
