We share with you this super delicious and dairy-free recipe from our Health Coach @alidavegan, ideal for this Christmas Season.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup sprouted almonds
- 1 1/2 Cups coconut or natural water
- 1 Cup ice cubes
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground cloves
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground or crushed cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground nutmeg
- 1/3 Cup Brandy (optional)
- 2 Pitted dates
- 2 Packages of Stevia
- 1 serving of Monk Fruit
- 1 tablespoon of Maple Honey (Optional)
- 1 pinch of salt
Notes and Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve with ice or with cinnamon tea to turn it into a warm punch
- You can increase or decrease the amount of sweetener to your liking
- If you want to share it with children, you can remove the brandy
- This recipe lasts about 3 days in the refrigerator
- To sprout the almonds simply leave them soaked in filtered water for 8 to 12 hours the night before. The next morning, drain the water and rinse them. They will be ready for the recipe.
